Return and exchange conditions
At Mariasoulart we attach great importance to the packaging and shipping of your orders. We offer free shipping for all orders within Germany. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and size of the package. We use Hermes and GLS for our shipping services and provide tracking information for all orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-7 business days for delivery. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Please note that all returned/exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at the customer's expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or ship the exchange item immediately. If, contrary to expectations, a shipment arrives damaged, please have this confirmed by your parcel carrier. If there is clearly visible damage to the goods, please refuse to accept delivery. General information
Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please send the goods back to me with sufficient postage.
